High specification components such as solenoid valves with low-leak rates, ATEX approval and Media-separated seal systems are all part of solutions developed to meet the comprehensive and uncompromising requirements of our customers. Our work in this market is primarily about Gas and Fluid Control but our service also covers sub-assembly as well as design and manufacture.

Custom vacuum valve manifold
Custom vacuum valve manifold used within gas detection system. The manifold base assembly is in 316 Stainless steel with EPDM seals to ensure gas is not contaminated. We can provide solutions for portable and fixed gas detection systems.
Flat spring valves
Flat spring valves are used in many of our assemblies offering long service life and extremely short response times. These proportional solenoid valves are ideal for applications that require very precise control of air and neutral gases in analytical and medical instruments.

3D model of custom fluid control module designed for leak detection. Our design engineers use the latest SolidWorks CAD software so that we can provide detailed sectional drawings to our customers for full design analysis and evaluation. We can also work with DXF and IGES file formats.
