Valve actuators are used in many process plants such as waste water treatment, power plants, refineries, mining, nuclear processes, food factories and pipelines.
Valve actuators can be automated and vary both in design and dimension making it possible to operate at one-tenth of an inch to several feet.
These values can be used anywhere along the control loop which requires some regulation of flow level or other process. The actuators may open and close and include switches or other ways to remotely indicate the position of the valve.
The valve actuators are power operated using one of the following: gas pressure, hydraulic pressure or electricity.
