The process of plastic injection moulding involves injecting molten plastic into a precisely engineered mould using a heated barrel. Once the liquid plastic fills the mould cavity, it cools and solidifies before being ejected, producing a three-dimensional product. By adjusting heat and pressure, this method can accurately and swiftly produce a wide array of products.
